We formed ESOP Affiliates in 2006 as a member-owned, member-guided affiliation of ESOP and business transition professionals. Our organization is focused on education. Our charter is to provide our members with a deep technical understanding of ESOPs, and a forum through which ideas can be shared and disseminated.
Our guiding principle is to provide the business owner with honest, straight-forward advise about selling the company. Our members are business transition experts. While our focus is on ESOPs, we realize the ESOP is but one of the many tools available in our members’ toolboxes.
