Before qualifying as members of ESOP Affiliates, members are subject to a rigorous peer review process to ensure the candidates have the necessary qualifications, experiences, and backgrounds to become successful affiliates. Once selected, our members are guided thorough a comprehensive technical training curriculum. Continuing professional education ensures members’ proficiencies are kept up to date.
